Hey Simon, you forgot to count yourself (or somebody ) it was 11, and three definite apologies for absence. And yes, I found it was very positive too. It's interesting that today, my calendar says, is the Roman holiday for Janus and Concordia, for new beginnings and harmony. How auspicious is that!?

Nice one people. Just sorry that I was unable to attend.
Looking forward to the nitty-gritty.

This is what I thought happened:
Present: Rob, Phil, Simon (Hawker), Glynis, Matt, Clement, Ian and Julie, Penga, Joy and Derek. Pat, Duane, Singe and Nigel (PF) couldn't make it.
+ We decided on a name: Pagan Central.
+ Glynis said that we should have a policy document, so we discussed that and Glynis will put it together and let us see it so we can agree on it. Glynis made the notes on that, so look at what she produces to see that part of the meeting.
+ Matt is going to talk to Kiel, Duane and a friend of his about how to implement the web-site together with a forum. We'll get them to show us some examples of how it look and work, and then agree on one.
+ Costs for running that and anything else will be paid for from the Maypole fund that Penga set up ages ago. He's going to look into that (especially regarding former signatories). Further funding will come from a whip-round when necessary.
+ It was agreed that any further meetings would be open to anyone interested until they became too big to handle, then a decision would be made how to continue at that meeting.
+ We agreed to give me a list of the people attending, their phone numbers and email addresses which I've circulated to those people so we can stay in touch. Pat will automatically be added to the list.
It was a good evening, and very positive.
Today, I've got approval of Singe and Nigel to add them to the list and I've circulated the list.
Derek 31/03/09
If I've misunderstood anything, please let me know.
I'll be letting the Acocks Green moot know about this this evening. Other moot leaders, please circulate this around your moots.

Hi Duane,
If you read the post correctly, your name is among others that are listed as people who gave apologies & unable to attend.
On another note, I really would encourage others, when possible, to attend meetings & assist; after all this is for all our benefit/well being.

You haven't been banned from the pub, only the moot. This was not the moot.

Do we have a timeline for the creation of the new website/forum? I might as well close this forum down once it gets going to encourage people to join over there. Otherwise there is a risk of having two forums which are basically copies of each other.

Duane, why didn't you use 'pro-boards' to set up the forum? Its is far simpler to use, to admin and to read.
Also it was decided at the meeting that a new web sire and ajoining forum would be launched once the name is going to be registered, this way it is all set up together and launched together as one package.
