That's only 'cause you can concentrate on more than one things at a... oh look at that pretty moth outside the window....sorry, where was I? White Coyote PS: I modified the quote Belthazor. I don't need any furniture, it's just more fun that way. I'm an amateur wrestler, not a sports entertainer - there is a difference.

Prevention is better than cure: My advice is to eat proper meals (well you should do that regularly any way!)
Cut down or omit the sugar and chocolate avoid beef three days before your due on that cycle. Pasta and rice reduce the bloated feeling,
Cure: A spot of Yoga and mediation (if you have time) a few pull ups, sit ups what ever you call them. I know it may be painful but ten sit ups the concentration reduces the pain. Drink peppermint tea and and take hot water bottle to cling to.
That's what my little book of help says and they do workfor many I know.

I think the option of cutting down or even *gasp* omitting chocolate at any time of the month is something I could never do! I still hold by raspberry leaf tea though, works wonders for me. Inle, the self-confessed chocoholic (amongst many other things!)

My mother swore by Evening Primrose and sailed through the menopause, but it didn't work for someone else I know. Other than that I can't say - lots of love, affection and understanding from those close to you, perhaps?

I'm sure you aren't. The menopause is a terrible upheaval in a woman's life. Take lots of "me" time - go for walks and relax. You have my sympathy - really not looking forward to mine!!!!!!
