Hi,
I'm pleased to announce there will be a walk and talk (amble and natter) moot this March, weather permitting. If it's raining or snowing heavily, assume it's cancelled.
Anyway, as usual in March we'll be going to Cannon Hill Park. But because the MAC is closed, we'll meet at the tea house on the Russell Road side of the park. This has extended opening, apparently, while the MAC is shut. Date Sunday 15 March, Time, as ever 2:30 pm.
There's a small car park in Russell Road, and I think there's parking along the road too. Google Maps tells me that the 35 bus from Corporation Street in town will drop you off near the tea room in Moorcroft Road. Don't believe everything they tell you, though!

Hi Hawker, I've not heard from you for a long time! It's Sunday week, don't forget on the 15th, I hope that was just a slip I hope we shall be able to visit the Noggin Stone. BTW, Clement is planning to do another meditation in the Japanese Garden later in the year, so I hope we can all get to that one.

Thanks everyone. We had a good afternoon. There was a reasonable turn-out: we were 8. The park was very busy, and I've never seen such a long queue for the ice-cream van! We paid our respects to the Noggin stone.
