BRING ME SUNSHINE is an event we're running on March 14th and everyone is very welcome. It's in a Church building but it's not a 'religious' event - it's open to people of any spiritual path or none.
Here are the details:
Everyone is welcome to join us for an informal day of simple suggestions to improve your mood.
You will not be asked to share any personal information, just to listen to new ideas on stress, relaxation, and diet , try complementary therapies, and chat to others who want to bring a little more sunshine into their lives.
Talks will be given by : Rupert Young – The Mood Foundation. Chris Holloway – Personal Counselling Services Alaine Sheppard – Specialist in self-management.
Venue: St.Michael and All Angels church, Church Drive, Stourport. DY13 9DT. On Saturday 14th March from 10a.m. to 3p.m. Creche/ children’s corner

Can I just say a really big well done to Eva for organising this very succesful day. To those that didn't make it, you missed an awesome event, free food, free massage, free therapy, what more could anyone want?

Don't rub it in Rhiannon (get the pun? ) If I hadn't been to sick to go, I would have been there getting some healing (again, get the irony ) maybe if they do another one somewere I can catch up then. BB Poshfrock xx

Thanks Rhiannon - glad you enjoyed it! And Posh, we will definitely be doing another one, so will keep you posted! In the meantime, we'll be looking for 'mini events'......first up; a taster session of Tai Chi - probably on a Saturday, late morning. Anyone interested?
