we descovered that you can wash baby wipes and reuse them. (buy accident not design ;D)
what we do is put them in a watertight container add water and some baby oil (this helps make the wipes glide easily) and if wanted a few drops of lavender oil.
works well and saves money

I re-use my make up remover wipes, I take of my eye make up and then fold the wipes onto a less used or clean area and as im walking to the bin, I wipe over the surfaces. eg tele top, dressing table, wash basin and top of bin, could go on forever, Another plus with the larger ones is you can dip then in water and oil and put them over the radiator in the winter, as they dry the put a wondeful smell into the air! You can make your own baby wipes with a roll of cotton wool broke up into small small squares and added to a tub of hot water and baby oil, however you can use a few drops of essential oils but only if you know how to use them properly!!!! Leave to cool and when in use gently squeeze out the oil/water mixture and use.
I have also done one for home-made rusks if your interested I will post. Katie x
