Here I am sat on my laptop applying to jobs listening to Anything Goes by Cole Porter (oh the irony) then I hear this noise in the distance, getting louder and louder, it sounds like and engine... a motorbike engine. I turn around look out the window and hear the noise getting further away.

Notice the private road running down the middle of the houses. I keep looking and VROOM a black flash down the road, its a motorcyclist. Now that road is a good 300 meters, for someone to get up and down that in the space of 20 second including a turn, theyve got to be doing at least 60mph. needless to say the limit is 5.
I literally shout out loud "WTF?!" and steam downstairs put on my boots on, go out the backdoor and start stomping down the path. Ok Im fuming, hes out of focus, looks like the just the one guy. Walking closer, three more appear walking more, then another getting in focus, there's seven of them. Oh sh*t theyre wearing hoodies and obviously all in their 20's. Oh well too late to back down now, get within 10 yards:
me: 'Alright guys hows it going?'
hoodies: *shuffle* *posture* *grunt*
me: 'listen guys you can't do that, this is private access for residents only' *thinking i hope they don't have a knife*
hoodie on bike: 'yeah blod innit, so what like?'
me: 'your doing way over the speedlimit, people have pets and children play in gardens that open out into that path'
hoodie on bike: 'its like 9pm like, there aint no kids here'
me: 'that's not really the point'
hoodie on bike: 'Do you have a licence? I have a full bike licence I'm allowed to do this'
me: 'It doesnt justify it at all, your over the speedlimit and not wearing a helmet, its dangerous'
other hoodie: 'whats it to you?'
me: 'Im sat trying to relax having a cup of tea, turn around, huge noise and this black blur speeding past at the speed of light. Im not trying to start anything here but its out of order'
other hoodie: 'why dont you go back home at the speed of light before I make you!' *posture*
-pause-
me: 'you're not very polite are you'
-pause-
hoodie: 'I'm not a very polite person innit mate!'
me: 'all Im asking is that you have a little consideration for others, Im going to get the key and lock the gate now'
hoodies: *grunt* *posture*
me: 'thank you for your time'
hoodies *grunt*

Yea so pretty much... I just calmed down, they've gone now, didn't have to lock the gate but I was really brickin it. f*cking kids!
