Many thanks for all the offers of help to get to the Martineau on Saturday. I do hope to be there, if I can arrange around my Mum's needs. Is this a completely 'come as you are' gathering (jeans and an Iron Maiden T-shirt or is there any preparation which I could usefully do beforehand?

Clun Green Man Festival May 4th Apparently, it's all weekend? www.clungreenman.org.uk/programme.htmSounds like it is possible to get there by public transport e.g. for the Monday - but it would take about 6 hours round trip, including the shuttle bus from Craven Arms railway station ...

I will go to Martineau gardens and the lickeys. I will bring a may pole along if anyone fancies dancing round it.

Happy birthday in advance then Posh!!! I've seen a lot of bluebells, so I hope we're not too late on the 10th.
BTW - next Walk and Talk moot is on Sunday 7th June (no other weekends free in June!) and that will be the canal walk in Birmingham. Probably meeting in Great Charles Street at 2 - I have to investigate.
