I know she's not really our fox but the vixen that was living in our garden and nesting half way up our 6 ft leylandie ~(not sure how to spell it ) when we moved in. Has had babies ;D 3 little fat cubs. she has had them in a garden 2 doors down and i do hope to see them soon. Unfortuatly last time i saw her she had a bad case of mange and the garlic hidden in sausage as recomended by the wildlife recue place does not seem to have had an effect . I hope they will be ok.

Hi Pollie, don't worry, now she has had her cubs she will start to get better, mange is a funny thing, it seems to hang on for ever but it clears up. Keep leaving those garlic filled sausages.......

Aww how cute, I love fox cubs, in fact I love foxes & they don't seem to have too much of an issue with me either, have gotten quite close to foxes on more than one occaision.
(you were almost right with the spelling it's leylandii)

Why are you worried about the cat? Cos she might get mange? Foxes will avoid cats rather than confront them!!
