Dear All
It is with a horrible Noggin-shaped hole in my heart that I have to tell you that our dear friend and wonderful member of our community died this morning at about 8.30 a.m.
His death was peaceful, he went to sleep and didn't wake up. His family are with him and I know will be grateful for your thoughts and prayers.
There are no words that can express the sorrow, suffice to say he will be greatly missed by us.
We will let people know details of the funeral arrangements as soon as we hear anything.
I'm sorry to those people who have heard this first in the impersonal medium of the internet, we are trying to phone around as many people as possible.
Rhiannon and Martin

I'm so sad to hear this new. What a lovely person he was and he will always be remembered for his kindness and friendly ways. Maybe it was the will of the gods that things got messed up for me on Thursday and the little healing ritual never went ahead. they had bigger plans for him. I will spend a few days visualizing noggin, happy and full of health walking over the hills at Dove dale with his totem badger by his side. Any help that I can offer and give, I'm at the end of the phone. BB Eilean (poshfrock)

His name will be remembered long and well by his many friends. His gentle spirit and ready smile touched the hearts of all who met him. Thank you Rhiannon for keeping us updated, my thoughts are with you and Martin, his family, and our community, all of who will miss him greatly. A strong life, lived well, and a wonderful man, I will be raising my glass to him tomorrow night.
Journey well my dear friend
Matt

This is the most horrible, but totally expected news that I have heard since the death of Jade. Noggin was a great person a lovely bloke who will obviously be sorely missed by an awful lot of people. Take care on your forward journey into the sumerlands mate.

Thanks Ian - that's a tremendously wistful look on his face there. Fond remembrances, sadly missed opportunities, may he never be forgotten.

Duane has asked me to pass on his feelings at the passing of our friend. I am doing so : Noggin would talk to anyone, irrespective of path, belief or anything else. He was a strong man who was an inspiration, and will be missed.
Thoughts with his family and friends

Such a sad time to know Noggin has taken his next step of this journey.. from one to the next.
Noggin I'm sure will be recalled fondly by all, also remember a walk and talk Moot a few summers back at Cannon Hill Park found us meeting the Noggin Stone in the Japanese Garden.
Blessing to Noggin

I feel terrible it has taken so long for me & Kat to find out about Noggins passing. He was such a kind and informative person. The Noggin stone will always be in our memories. Blessed be Noggin.
