4oz castor sugar 5oz butter or margerine 8oz self raising flour 1sp of vanilla extract (not essence) 2 tbsp of cocoa (not drinking chocolate)
Set oven to gas mark 4/180C/350F. Cream the butter & sugar together, sift in the cocoa & flour knead until you get a dough like constistancy add the vanilla extract & knead in. Grease a small baking tin & line with greasproof paper place in the tin & flatten it till about 1 inch thick, put in the oven for 20 minutes, sprinkle with sugar (although I forgot to do that last night) leave it to cool but cut whilst still slighty warm. Serves 4 if you let it & don't start stabbing people with a fork so you can eat it all to yourself.

I've never heard of it either, or Willow! Sounds yummy though, must practice my cooking skills (or rather lack of them).
