If you've not heard this before pleae listen as it is very funny and very insightful. It was performed by Marcus Brigstock on the Now Show a few months back. Enjoy! www.youtube.com/watch?v=UY-ZrwFwLQg

It's ironic, that's why.

Of course its a rant. That in no way makes it inaccurate, I'm not at all sure that its very ironic either Julian. There IS a fundamental irony - that all three Abrahamic religions have historically preached peace and powered war - but the rest is comentary [albeit comedic].
I LOVE the NOW show, heard this live on the radio and was very impressed. There is very little in it that I find to disagree with. Also The vast majority of the letters written in afterwards were wholly supportive and from all three [and other] faiths.
Isn't it great [particularly on St Georges day] that we can broadcast items like this without any fear of frenzied retribution.

That's one probably one of the best things on the net.

Hmm. I liked the comparison with Scousers and I agreed with his comments on defining children by the faith of the parent(s) but other than that it was a bit meh. His delivery doesn't work well for me =/
But then, I am a picky bitch ;D
