OK, I accept this may be an accquired taste: You need: 1/2 bag of prawns 200g of pumpkin 1 onion Some Zulu fire mix or something else really hot. A little olive oil. 1 wok. Chop up the onion. Warm the oil in your wok. Fry the onion Add the prawns and the pumpkin. Appreciate the chaotic mix that is now in your wok Fry the lot. Add the Zulu Fire Mix if you're feeling brave. Like I said, it's an ACCQUIRED taste Hot Coyote ;D PS: Your tongue may look like this afterwards: PPS: Better go and brush my teeth before I teach this afternoon/evening

The only thing is it takes ages to peel a pumpkin

I entitled it "leftovers" as I'd just hollowed out a pumpkin (who my language class named Henry last week).
Peeling a pumpkin must take forever!

Can you still get Zulu fire sauce? I haven't been able to find that stuff in ages, and it used to go so well in chillis.
