A pack of tortillas (especially Lidl's or Aldi's garlic & coriander ones) A pack of salad leaves 125g or more if you like of mature cheddar
To make your salsa- half a punnet of cherry tomatoes finely chopped half a tube of tomato puree 1 finely chopped chilli 3 finely chopped spring onions Juice of half a lime Heat in a pan untill thicker, then leave to cool
For the beef filling 300g pack of minced beef half a tube of tomato puree A handful of mushrooms chopped 1 medium onion chopped 2 beef stock cubes 2-3 tsp of chilli powder 2 garlic cloves crused & chopped 1 pepper 2 tsp Worcester Sauce Fry mince in a little oil & add onion, mushrooms & garlic, cook until mince is brown, add the chilli powder beef stock cube & stir in, then stir in the tomato puree.
Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then take one place your salad leaves in the middle of your tortilla place the beef on top then the cheese then the salsa. fold up from the bottom first then fold in the sides so you end up with what looks like an open envelope. Eat, repeat this until full.
For the vegan version use soya mince, vegetable stock & soya milk cheddar cheese & omit the Worcester sauce.

We never really have sour cream in and I don't think strawberry yogurt would go that well with it ;D
