Mel and I used this receipe backpacking, as you never want to buy your own oil, and its a great way of using up the sunflower oil:
Amounts are for 2 servings (or 4):
1) 1/2 (or 1 tin) of tuna in sunflower oil.
2) 2 (or 4) mushrooms.
3) 1/2 (or 1) onion.
4) 1/2 clove (or 1) of garlic.
5) Pasta.
6) Salt and pepper.
7) A wok.
8) A colander.
9) A kettle.
10) A saucepan to cook your pasta in.
1) Boil some water for the pasta.
2) Drain off the sunflower oil from the tuna tin.
3) Pour a small amount of the oil into a warm wok and heat.
4) Chop up the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
5) Whilst this is going on, boil up your pasta for 10 minutes. Don't forget to add some salt, and a drop of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.6) After frying the onions, add some sliced mushrooms, some salt and pepper. Chop up the garlic and add this as well. Add 1/3 more of the sunflower oil. Cook for another 5 minutes.
7) Check that the pasta is done and turn down to simmer.
8) Add the tuna and 1/3 more of the sunflower oil. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
9) Drain off the pasta with a colander. Add the pasta to the wok. 10) Sprinkle some more salt and pepper (or spices, optional) and then add the rest of the sunflower oil.
11) Mix thoroughly, continuing to stir the food for 2 minutes so the pasta doesn't burn on the side of the wok.
12) Serve and enjoy.
Note - if you're doing certain detox diets, you can use corn pasta, and loose the salt and mushrooms, but add in certain spices, to help you detox.

White Coyote.
