1 chicken carcass left over from Sunday lunch 1 large onion 3 carrots 2 cloves of garlic half a lemon peppercorns couple of fresh sprigs of thyme handful of fresh sage leaves a pinch of salt 2litres of water
Place in a pan & boil until reduced to a rich flavoursome stock. I had a go at this & I ended up with a good stock which I used to make a chicken & vegetable soup with. It was rather good.
