I rang the LEA today to find out where my study grant is and they are having a hectic day 'catching up on entering peoples applications on the computer'!!! I'm a foundation degree student, my course work is 80% of my mark, I have no ink in my printer and no paper to print on in any case!! All this and my assignments are due in 4 or 5 weeks.................. AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

What application? Dreamweaver? What format? What size paper? What resolution?
My own printer is very domestic A4 400dpi- but I'm sure that if you email the files to some of us here, we can print for you and spread the task!
Don't be shy - as I'm sure Eva will confirm - there is a ministry of receiving - a time to take after you have given so much.
You are very talented - don't let a tiny thing like this set you back.
Go well and arrive safe,
Pat.
edit Just had a thought we have a high performance A3 printer at work but that will depend on the app. to drive it. [thinking!] Pat XX

My lovely boss at the Botanic Gardens has said that I could take a pack of paper or bring all my work in on a memory stick and print it off there!! It's not just that though, its the fact that they have had my application form from last year for 7 months and this years for the last 5 weeks and still haven't processed it. They sent me a letter from the LEA today asking for last years' application to be done again as they have lost the paperwork!! I explained that 80% of my mark was course work and that I had no paper or ink and was getting panicky about getting everything done (properly) in time she said she would see if she could move it up the list and get it out to me asap. So that's something!! Only thing is..... I have now got to fill in another form, take it and all my documents in (again!!) and there's another day wasted!!!! I've got a new volunteer induction to do at 1 pm and I'm going to end up sitting up till all hours trying to get my work finished for my class on Friday!! Rhi I just need money for stamps, I have a deal with my ISP, they send me envelopes for my empty cartridges and I get them filled with Lexmark ink, (and tested) and sent back by return of post! What I mean by having no ink is that there is not enough to print out all the stuff I need to print in one go so I will have to wait till I get this one filled.
Before I forget, are there any members who haven't got their membership cards yet? I sent some out a few weeks ago but the post has been a bit messed up so please PM me if you haven't, and let me know. Sorry, I'm not being scatty, just have a lot on at the mo!!

Sorry Rhiannon, I will try my best to make it to the Family Moot tomorrow, but I have no idea how long I will have to; a) wait in the queue at the LEA office and b) wait for a bus to get back into town!! I have to be at the Pen museum just before 1 pm to get the paperwork ready for our new volunteer.
