Naked I came in to this world and naked I will go out. I brought nothing with me and will leave the same way.
When I worship my God/dess I stand before him/her with out any hindrance. All I can offer is me. What use are baubles, bangles and beads? After all did not my God and Goddess create them all?
There is only one thing I have to offer that is mine and mine alone. ME.
In the summer I bask naked under the sun and exalt in life. At night I spin naked under the full Moon and watch the stars dance before my eyes. Under my naked back I feel the grass and earth make contact with my skin. My soul and life force link with the earth, no barrier of cloth to impede my union, and in the benevolence of my Lord and Lady I sing.
In the Winter I keep my thermals on and worship in my winter coat as I stride through the fallen leaves under my boots; above my head the trees shed their leaves as they slumber in their sleep waiting with me for the spring to come once again. Smells of autumn and winter enter deep into my lungs and give the promise that my Lord and Lady are moving through their Birth, Marriage and Death cycles.
Sometimes during Autumn and Winter my Lord and Lady send a day so mild that once again for just a short time I can once again link my skyclad body with the Wind, Rain and Earth and exalt in the turning year.
Nowhere in the above am I with a second person. Being Skyclad is between my Lord, Lady and me. It is a private thing out of the sight of prying eyes and without distraction to my meditation and my celebration of the passing year.
