Docs dog was called sprocket, and Fenella was NOT scary, just a bit Welsh (She happened to be a bit of a heroine of mine, well her and Marmalade Atkins )

I scored 7. Perhaps because I was out of the country for the whole of the 80's (had been since 73) and lost contact with a lot of purely UK stuff. International stuff like Fraggle Rock and Abba I did eventually get to sample An aweful lot of this stuff I've never even heard of. bb Syrbal (Derek from Birmingham)

Well, you better finish your bardic homework then, because it's way past your bedtime young man White Coyote Trying to sound all mumsie like Merrybel or Moonflower ;D PS: I've just notice 5 people have scored high enough to be in ABBA, which of course only had 4 members... PPS: I have an original copy of the 1978 Flumps annual, which I shall present at the retro 70s/80s moot I can see on the horizon.

>The one with the Moustauche/beard was grand father flump!
It's only a moustauche in my annual...
His name could well have been Sam though... ;D
Interesting, the flumps with names and the Charmed Ones have all names beginning with the letter P.
Charmed Flumps obviously. I knew Pottle had something under that hat, and Posie enjoyed sweeping with her broomstick way too much...

I meant ABBA!!! Not the flumps.... Sorry, crossed lines of communication there. I do tend to fixate whenever The Swedish Ones are mentioned.

I know this hasn't been commented on for a bit, but I just had to add something. About the hairspray. It wasn't industrial quantaites but industrial properties. "You might not survive the impending nuclear war, but your hair will," as the advert went.
Oh, one other thing. Anyone remember those really corny sci-fi movies back then, that always invisioned a future with TVs all over the place? Anyone else notice that we are living in that future? Tvs on buses, in post offices, even in the chemists. Weird waking up one day and realising you live in the future.
