have you thought of having a bee hive or two on your garage? they are not too expensive or hard to look after but bring the obvious added bonus-free honey. of corse some people arn`t fans of bees but if you have no problems with them its worth thinking about.

The garden looks fine. There may be preditors around so perhaps they want extra cover. Cuttings from your honeysuckle and if the jasmine is a winter jasmine cuttings from that. They can then be trained however you want against a wall or over an arch and the birds will make nests in that too. They like pyracanthus. If its something quick then a clematis the small flowered varieties are best for birds. Be careful of Clematis Montana, mine went 30ft up and 30ft across and rooted itself all over my garden, birds love it, trees don't. Holly would be useful too. There is also a way to make vertical pots using old plastic pop bottles or the garden pouches or just use your imagination. You will probably have things to hand. Stick them on a fence or wall. You can paint them or disguise them in many ways. Knowing how birds act, I'm sure they are waiting for your strawberries.... Water is what they crave for most especially at this time of year. If you already have bird baths just check the depth. If its large they may need a pebble or two in it. If small they may just want it raised up a little on a brick. They also like wind charms.... good for spirit.
